Patience is a virtue best practiced by waiting. Here is what the I Ching says about it…

Observe calmly the natural unfolding of events.
Rapid growth and advancement are unnatural.
Hold to the inner vision of gradual flowering of potential.
Aviod haste. Do not jump blindly.
Enjoy the moment of waiting to be!

This applies to my practices and my work. Clients are unfolding the process of the internet. I enjoy the facilitation and co-creative work of the internet. Watching the sharing of these values unfold inside the mechanism of social media is a joy.

Responding to the customers with care requires Persistence, Professionalism, and Positive attitudes. The opening of dialog and the sharing of a job well done expand the reach of the businesses naturally.

Facebook have redesigned their business pages and the new layout will go into effect for everyone on 3/31/2012. Until then, businesses have an opportunity to experiment with design layouts and get familiar with the new features.

The graphic below is from my Sports Photography by George Ross’s business page and this provides an example of how one can graphically portray one’s business using the timeline style image.
